Dr Sotomi is an Amazing pediatrician. She goes the extra mile for her patients. Highly recommended.

Our appointment was with Dr.Mona.We are new to Ottawa, and upon checking the reviews I opted to go with the Central Park Medical Clinic. The process was quick and they responded very well to the emails, I was very pleased and surprised.I received an email to confirm my kids' appointment. I arrived 17 minutes late, I know it's my fault but the city was new to me and I was running to pick my daughter from school and getting my toddler ready for the appointment, I didn't make it in time.When I got there, the receptionist said that I was very late (30-40 minutes), I explained that I was 17 minutes late and she said that no my appointment was earlier. Apparently, I should have received 2 emails (1 for each kid) and I only received 1 with the later appointment which made me think that I had forgotten the time and the one they wrote was the correct.She checked with the doctor, and came back saying she couldn't see the kids. The receptionist was very dry and treated me like I had done the worst thing ever. I know they doctor's time is valuable but I have gone to many clinics and waited way more than 17 minutes, I think patients time is valuable too.The doctor didn't even give me eye contact and was cold.They wanted to re-book but I decided to move to another clinic where I can find a bit more compassion and kindness, that's what I used too at Paediatricians offices.

During the peak of corona in September 2020 I politely asked her if she could wear the gloves before touching my new born baby but she bluntly refused and asked me to leave if I have problem with her not wearing gloves! Super rude and arrogant dr I have ever met. Wish there was option to give negative star rating!

We have had a fantastic experience getting support from Lucie Lapierre and Dr. Kundra over the past few months. We are very lucky to have access to this dedicated and skilled team of health professionals at Pinecone Pediatrics. Thank you!

If I could give a 0 star I would. No respect they don’t listen to anything. They have the worst assistant and she has no respect. They don’t cooperate with us or no one. Don’t go here just a waste of time. I had an appointment for today and they said I have it for yesterday and they said they can’t do anything. They literally telling us to go buy the medicine and are giving us no prescription. There phone never works like once we tried getting hold of them and they didn’t pick up. It was a appointment needed urgently.

Dr. Sinha is the best Pediatrician and Pediatric Endocrinologist. Dr.Sinha has been working with my son since 2018, we have about 4 to 5 visits a year. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful. He is patient and really takes time to listen and understand my son’s needs. I always have lots of questions and he is always willing to answer them. When I needed a second opinion he did not hesitate to follow my suggestion and contact another expert.Dr. Sinha is always looking for the best approach and the latest research. My son loves Dr Sinha and feels very comfortable with him. Thank you so much Dr. Sinha for all the good work, we appreciate you.

This clinic and staff have been amazing ever since my first visit. I have a newborn and they’re always accommodating and reassuring. They’re very nice and wait times are great.

I should have trusted my gut instincts.My daughter was born 7 weeks early so we were referred to Dr Pfeiffer by the hospital. Our first appointment we waited for an hour and 15 minutes to be seen. Few weeks later I called in a panic because my daughter had blood in her stool - had to leave a message because no one answered the phone the numerous times I called. Got a call back from the receptionist 3 hours later while I was waiting in the emergency room to be seen, to inform me that Dr Pfeiffer could see us next week at the earliest, obviously a preemie with rectal bleeding isn't very high on her list of concerns. A day before my 2nd appointment I received a call from the receptionist asking if she could move our appointment back 2hrs, I agreed and I still left waiting for 45mins to see the doctor. This 3rd and final appointment was the straw that broke the camels back. After waiting for 45mins I asked how much longer the wait would be and was told she was still with a patient and had another one before me. So obviously appointments are pointless to Dr Pfeiffer.

Dr. Vickie is really nice and provide me with many useful suggestions.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. MacGregor!! He is a knowledgeable, kind and caring doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. We are so very thankful to have him looking after our children!
